Après avoir téléchargé la map, ouvrez le fichier.pk3 avec votre logiciel d'archivage et supprimer les répertoires : sound, ui, textures. S’il y a un fichier .map, .tmp dans l'archive supprimer-les. <br />
Bref, tout çà pour vous montrer qu'un serveur est "aveugle" et "sourd". <br />
Les répertoires utiles pour le bon fonctionnement d’une carte sont : map, script, models<br />

Après avoir redémarré le serveur, vous allez pouvoir jouer sur la map. <br />
Afin de la lancer, il faut connaître le nom de la map. Pour cela ouvrez le pk3 et allez dans le répertoire map/dm (TDM RB DM)ou map/obj (OBJ), et noter le nom du fichier .bsp.<br />
Allez sur le serveur et tapez si carte :<br />
- TDM RB DM : rcon map dm/NOMDELAMAP (sans l'extension .bsp) <br />
- OBJ : rcon map obj/NOMDELAMAP<br />

Afin de mettre la map en rotation, il faut éditer un fichier dans le FTP. <br />
Pour cela, connectez-vous au FTP Serveur, allez dans le répertoire où se trouve le fichier de configuration du serveur puis l’éditer. Vous devez trouver la ligne et rajouter le chemin d’exécution de la map sans l’intitulé ‘rcon’.<br />
